Over 25 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, specialising in property and asset management along with other general practices such as lease consultancy and service charges.
Betsy also specialises and help clients in setting up new teams, restructuring existing teams and managing major change projects. Betsy has also helped clients to prepare strategic plans for business growth, cost minimisation and compliance.
Betsy also volunteers with RICS and other voluntary organisations to inspire next generations in career options.
Hollie joins our team with over 15 years of experience in the property industry. While majority of her career has been spent as a Residential Lettings Manager, Hollie has a wealth of transferable skills and experience from minimising void periods and securing new tenant to day to day management and providing professional support for landlords in growing their portfolio.
Hollie understands the importance of choosing the correct property manager for your portfolio and strives to provide exceptional customer service, tailored solutions and professional advice to ensure your property investments are working for you and performing at their best.
Carla brings with her 19 years’ experience property management.
Throughout her career, she has managed a diverse range of property portfolios and has extensive experience in all aspects of day-to-day property management, including tenant liaison, contractor management, service charge administration, maintenance coordination and health and safety compliance.
Carla takes a practical and proactive approach to property management and is committed to providing a high standard of service to clients and occupiers. Her knowledge and experience make her a valued member of the BCW Consultancy team.
Lisa Pillans joins BCW Consultancy as our Corporate Finance Controller, bringing a wealth of experience in financial management, corporate governance, and business operations gained from working within international organisations. She is responsible for overseeing corporate finance, financial controls, reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions within a growing organisation.
With a strong background in accounting, financial compliance, budgeting, forecasting and process improvement, Lisa is passionate about building robust financial systems that enable businesses to grow with confidence. She has a meticulous eye for detail and a collaborative approach, ensuring that finance supports operational excellence and informed decision-making across the business.
At BCW, Lisa oversees the company’s financial management, reporting, compliance and internal controls, while helping to strengthen our corporate governance and support the continued growth of the business. Her commercial mindset and commitment to high standards make her a valuable addition to the BCW leadership team.

Nigel has over 35 years’ of experience advising clients in respect of a range of commercial property sectors on a nationwide basis from convenience stores, supermarkets, trade counter and warehouse properties through to offices and restaurants.
Nigel’s specialism is providing lease consultancy advice in respect of rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring, together with acquisitions for both landlord and occupier clientsts.
Fay is a Chartered Surveyor specializing in landlord and tenant, with over 20 years’ in the industry and demonstrable experience in all key legal, asset management and property functions.
Worked with low and high value assets and trophy buildings, as well as high-volume business operations (portfolio of circa. 5000 properties). Managed a range of commercial, industrial, and residential properties in the City, West End and across England. Managed a cross-functional team (L&T, lease breach, dilapidation, service charges).
Nick Ellington brings a systems-led approach to financial management and reporting. He works closely with our property management and consultancy teams to ensure service charge accounts are accurate, transparent and provide clients with the financial clarity they need to make informed decisions.
By combining technical accounting knowledge with practical financial controls, Nick helps deliver:
