Over 25 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, specialising in property and asset management along with other general practices such as lease consultancy and service charges.
Betsy also specialises and help clients in setting up new teams, restructuring existing teams and managing major change projects. Betsy has also helped clients to prepare strategic plans for business growth, cost minimisation and compliance.
Betsy also volunteers with RICS and other voluntary organisations to inspire next generations in career options.
Sophia is an experienced Commercial Property Manager with a strong background in property management, sales, and leadership.
Proven track record in overseeing large-scale commercial and residential properties, implementing effective leasing strategies, and maintaining strong client and customers relationships. Committed to optimizing operations, minimizing vacancies, and reducing costs.
Fay is a Chartered Surveyor specializing in landlord and tenant, with over 20 years’ in the industry and demonstrable experience in all key legal, asset management and property functions.
Worked with low and high value assets and trophy buildings, as well as high-volume business operations (portfolio of circa. 5000 properties). Managed a range of commercial, industrial, and residential properties in the City, West End and across England. Managed a cross-functional team (L&T, lease breach, dilapidation, service charges).
With over 20 years of experience managing service charge accounts, Sue Edwards has skillfully administered accounts for numerous national clients.
She is deeply committed to ensuring that service charge accounts are transparent and easy to understand for all clientsrelationships, prioritizing tasks, and handling complex administrative responsibilities
With 10 years of experience in the property industry, Katy has built strong expertise in both lettings and property management. Over the years, Katy expanded her skills from letting properties as an agent, to full property management, overseeing everything from maintenance and compliance, to maximising rental income for her clients. Katy is dedicated to providing high-quality service and delivering tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of both landlords and tenants.
